Water Access Sites

In other parts of the world where marine life and the coast are not protected the marine life has suffered and declined. Some of the Activities that are Prohibited in the Sanctuary are:

> Discharging or depositing of any material is prohibited (except for fish parts or bait used in fishing operations.)

> Injuring or harassing marine mammals, sea turtles, or sea birds.

>Flying motorized aircraft below 1,000 feet along portions of the coast.

>Operating motorized personal watercraft (e.g. jet skis, water bikes, hovercraft, etc.) except within established operating areas.

>Attracting white sharks by any means within State territorial waters of the Sanctuary.
