Lara-Soto Adobe
Located on Dutra Street. Built by Francisco Soberanes circa 1851. Sold to Jesus Soto, then sold to Manuel Soto. Tony Dutra purchased the adobe from Manuel Soto, the home was then was abandoned for many years. Josephine Blanch an artist purchased then restored the adobe in 1940. In 1944 Josephine Blanch sold theadobe to John Steinbeck.
