STEINBECK HOUSE
The
birthplace of John Steinbeck and his home for nineteen years.
John Steinbeck began writing his first stories in this house,
stories such as The Red Pony and the Tortilla Flat. Built in
1897, today it is home to a Luncheon restaurant.
Located on 132 Central Avenue.
